Time for Spring Cleaning! Whatcom Women Lawyers is hosting a professional clothing drive for women’s AND men’s clothes! Donate your clean, office-appropriate clothing and accessories by dropping them off at Carmichael Clark, PS (1700 D Street) or bring them to our upcoming happy hours on March 20 at 5:00 pm at the Grand Ave Ale House and April 25 at 5:00 pm at Bellingham Cider Company. Donations must be made by April 30. Women’s clothes will be donated to the YWCA’s Back to Work Boutique and men’s clothes to Lydia Place.
Examples of clothes and accessories we’re looking for: New or gently used Shirts – Blazers – Sweaters – Ties – Scarves – Jewelry – Shoes – Pants – Jeans without holes – Belts – Socks – Unopened, unexpired makeup
If your donation needs to be dry cleaned, please let us know and we will take care of it!

At this 1 hour CLE, John Shultz will lead a discussion wherein the attendees will learn about duration and renewal of judgments, enforcing and perfecting judgment liens against real and personal property, and collecting on judgments through other post-judgment remedies.
John A. Shultz is a lifelong resident of Skagit County having graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 2000, University of Washington in 2004 and Seattle University School of Law in 2009, where he graduate with honors. During law school, John served as Associate Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and as a Board Member and Research and Technical Editor, while also working as a Law Clerk with Ahlers & Cressman PLLC in Seattle, Washington. After law school, John formed Shultz Law Offices with John R. Shultz where he now represents clients in a variety of legal matters and litigation, including personal injury, auto accidents, business, finance, contract, real estate, insurance, and bankruptcy law matters. Prior to law school, John also worked extensively in areas of finance, real estate, and construction. John has previously served as President and Vice President of the Skagit County Bar Association, and continues to be an active member of the Skagit County Bar.
