The role provides support to the attorney and paralegal while managing the firm’s day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating appointments, managing communications, scanning documents,drafting correspondence, assisting with accounting and billing, corresponding with clients and agencies, and assisting the attorney and paralegal with other assignments. The ideal candidate must be a great communicator, responsible, reliable, organized, proficient in Microsoft Suite, and willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. Part-time mornings availability is preferred. Compensation depends on qualifications. Individuals with at least five years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
