Bryan L. Page, Attorney at Law
Bryan Page practices civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on business, commercial, and real estate disputes. With a background in business, Bryan brings to every case an understanding of the business and economic forces at issue. Bryan has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts. When representing defendants, he has been successful in getting complex business and real estate cases dismissed without the need for expensive trials.
Mr. Page has been practicing with Carmichael Clark since 2008. Prior to 2008, he worked as a nonpartisan bill drafting attorney with the Washington State Legislature.
Robin K Mullins, Senior WaCPS
Robin K Mullins has been working as a professional process server since 1978. He is active in the Washington State Process Servers Association having, at one time or another, held all the major board positions including that of President. Likewise he has been active in committee work including many years as the Legislative Chair, Newsletter Editor, and the Annual Conference Chair. He has also been active, at various times, in the National Association of Professional Process Servers.
Mr. Mullins is senior partner in 4th Corner Network, Inc., in Bellingham and is the founder of The Center for Process Server Education. He has spoken on the topic of process serving before various groups including community college classes, legal secretary organizations, paralegal associations, and county bar associations. He is recognized statewide and nationally as a contributor to process server education.
