Legal Assistant

Position requires attention to detail as well as excellent organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. We are seeking an individual with a professional demeanor, who is calm, patient and proactive. Must adhere to deadlines and be able to manage an extremely busy workload.

Experienced Paralegal

Qualified candidates must have a passion to help and advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters; experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution; as well as:

  • a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in all phases of plaintiff’s personal injury cases;
  • be able to provide outstanding customer service and be in constant contact with our clients;
  • draft letters and other correspondence for Attorney review;
  • answer Discovery;
  • draft witness disclosures;
  • Pleading/ Discovery file maintenance;
  • ER 904 other Trial Documents;
  • schedule depositions;
  • draft Demands;
  • a proven ability to manage a large case load;
  • the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment with superb attention to detail;
  • excellent oral and written communication and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff;
  • the ability to provided litigation support;
  • management skills, responsible for managing legal assistant workload;
  • excellent strength in setting priorities and be able to exercise independent judgement;
  • fluency in Spanisha plus.

Experienced Associate Attorney

This individual will work primarily out of our Burlington office, but territory will include the Bellingham area as well.

Qualified candidates must have a passion to help and advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters. Other necessary requirements are experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution. Interested candidates should also have:

1.) A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in all phases of personal injury cases;
2.) litigation experience including discovery, arbitrations and jury trials;
3.) admission to the Washington State Bar;
4.) a willingness to travel with reliable transportation;
5.) a proven ability to develop and manage a large case load;
6.) an ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff;
7.) fluency in Spanish a plus.
